Who are we?

I started out as a stay –at – home mom with two young boys.  Aching to return to the business world, but not willing to give up my family, I started Total Tours 360.  I am fortunate enough to have a wonderful and brilliant husband who supported me by creating the Total Tours 360 product.

As we started down the road to becoming self employed, we always knew that it wouldn’t always be about the money.  Family always came before business.  But in this world, you have to make a living.  So we work, and we work hard.  As we established ourselves in the virtual tour market, we started to wonder how to make a difference in our community. Immediately, I knew that I wanted to help other mothers, photographers and entrepreneurs like me to build their own business.

Who can do this?
We are looking for people who are self-motivating, friendly and organized.  You should enjoy talking to other people.  Working from home presents unique challenges (Can you say “multi-tasking”).  Any mother who has tried to type an email while feeding lunch to her two year old and burping the baby all at the same time understands.  You do not need to be a professional photographer. If you are familiar with cameras and computers and willing to learn, you can do this.

We have created a wonderful program of training and support for all of our Independent Consultants.  We want to partner with people who share our values of family, hard work and customer satisfaction.  Even today in this world of corporate corruption, it is possible to be honest and work with integrity.  In the end, it makes it more fun and definitely more rewarding.

Our virtual tour products consist of two parts.  The first part is the photography.  The second part is the processing.  As an Independent Consultant, you are the photographer.  We process the photos and host the tour on our website.  You receive a commission for every virtual tour you photograph.

What is the cost of starting my home-based business with Total Tours 360? Back

There is some basic equipment that you will need to own or have access to before you can start.  If you already have everything, your start up cost is nothing.  You will need:

Ø      A computer

Ø      Internet access (high-speed is helpful)

Ø      A phone

Ø      A camera

Ø      A tripod with a panoramic head

Once you have become a Total Tours 360 Independent Consultant, we will guide you through purchasing and learning to use the proper equipment. 

Do I have to do “sales”? Back

If a customer in your area calls our toll-free number and would like a virtual tour, we will refer them to you.  But, you have the opportunity to network, advertise and promote your business in any reasonable way.  The more work you generate, the more money you make.

How much time will I be spending with a Total Tours 360 home-based business? Back

Each virtual tour takes between ½ hour and 2 hours to photograph, with an average of one hour.  In addition, there is basic book keeping that any self-employed person needs to do.

What kind of training do I receive? Back

The kind of training you will receive depends on the level of support you need.  A professional photographer may need less instruction than someone who has only used automatic, point and shoot cameras. 

All of our training is one on one and personal.  The training is over the phone, via email and web based.  We are only a phone call away if you ever have a question.
