We welcome all users to browse our website and view the virtual tours. You are not required to register or sign in to view the information. Contracted photographers and salespersons may need to provide additional information to view parts of the website not available to the public. Total Tours 360 is the sole owner of the information collected on Total Tours 360.com. Total Tours 360 collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address). We process credit cards through a third party vendor such as PayPal. We do not collect or store credit card information.
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Application Forms
If you apply for credit, we require that you provide certain personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number, and Social Security number. This information is not collected through the website and is completed with paper applications. This information is necessary to process your application and to contact you.
If you apply for employment, we require that you provide certain personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number. This can be done through our on-line application.
We feel that security on the internet is an important topic for minors. In order to complete a job application on our website, you have to verify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are not 18 years of age or older, you can not fill out our on-line job application. You can call the office directly at 516-505-0140 and speak to Human Resources about the positions available.
Social Security Numbers
We require your social security number to complete your job application or credit application. Neither is completed over the internet.
Surveys or Contests
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).
We use this information to conduct the event to which the information was supplied. We may also use the contact information to notify contest winners, monitor site traffic or to send participants an email newsletter or coupon.
We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.
Uses of Information
We use the information collected for the purpose logically intended. If you are applying for employment, the information is used to contact you and to determine your qualifications. If you are placing an order for a virtual tour, we will forward your contact information to the photographer for your appointment. We will use other information supplied for billing purposes. Email addresses will be used for promotional emails including newsletters, special event notifications, surveys, coupon distribution etc. When supplying information to Total Tours 360 our server also collects your IP address and the type of browser you are using. We use this information to improve the usability of our website and services
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions.

We store information that we collect is stored on a MSSQL database server in an intranet behind a firewall on our third party web hosting service provider. We do not sell this information to any third party.

In order to provide certain services to you, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submitted to us with information from third party sources
Credit Check
To determine if you qualify for our equipment leasing program, we use your name and social security number to request a credit report.
Background Check
To determine if you qualify for employment, we may use your name, online application and social security number to request a background check through a third party. You will be required to sign an authorization form before this is conducted.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share aggregate (non-personally identifiable) or personally identifiable information with anyone. If it becomes necessary to do so, you will be notified in advance and will have the option of declining to be included.
Agents
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. We do not personally collect or store credit card information.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

These platforms are only available to Total Tours 360 contracted photographers and not open to the public. If you use a bulletin board or chat room on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.
